To Renew Your Subscription Online:

1) Log in to your online account by going to "My Account / Maintain Account" in the top menu, or by clicking HERE.


2) While in your account, look in the left menu for "Offers". If your account is the same one associated with your subscription, you should see a "1" next to it, which means you have 1 open offer.



3) Click on the word "Offers" and you'll be taken to a page with your offer information. From here you can Decline Offer or you can Add to Order.




4) If you Add to Order, you'll be taken to a page that will list your subscription information and amount. To continue the purchasing process, click on "Continue."


5) Choose your delivery method and ensure your billing information is correct. (You can click on "Update" if you need to change anything.) Click on "Continue."


6) You will have the option to create a payment plan & split your payments into 3 - one occuring now and the other two occurring at the end of the next two months. Choose "Select Plan" if you would like to do this, or if you would like to make one payment, select "Skip Payment Plans"


7) On the billing page you can use a gift certificate or Visa/Mastercard to pay for your subscription. Enter your information and click "Buy." The screen will show an order confirmation.
