Impromptu Intro to Improv

In this introductory workshop, participants will be encouraged to relax, have fun and fully explore the idea of play. That’s right! Adults gets to play! The exercises and games played are designed to help us let go of our day-to-day worries and step into a world of wonderful ideas, scenes and places that you never knew existed inside your head. Students will work with others to explore the concept of ‘Yes, and,' push out of our comfort zones and fully commit to the unknown. Fun and positivity reigns supreme in this workshop!

ADRIANNE GAGNON -- Adrianne lives to be happy and wants to help others live to their full, positive output! 11 years ago she took her first improv class at the Second City Training Centre in Toronto, ON and since then, she has never quite looked at life the same.
