Withdrawal notice must be given to the Theatre School Manager via email at school@neptunetheatre.com . This notice must be submitted no later than TWO WEEKS before the class is scheduled to begin during regular business hours Monday to Friday.

• All classes and camps include a $40 administrative fee. This fee is non-refundable. PD Day Camps include a non-refundable administrative fee of $15.
• If a withdrawal notice is submitted more than TWO work weeks  prior to the class’s start date, the registrant will be entitled to a refund of the registration cost, minus the administrative fee.
• If a withdrawal notice is submitted less than TWO work weeks prior to the class’s start date, the registrant will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registration cost, minus the administrative fee.
• If a program is scheduled to begin on a Monday, there are no refunds for withdrawal notices submitted as of the Friday before at 4pm.
• There are no refunds as of the first day of class. 
• Refund requests for special circumstances will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Neptune Theatre School programs are split up by age group:

18 months - 3 years
4 - 6 years
7 - 9 years
10 - 12 years
13 - 18 years
18+ (adult classes)

Students who have a birthday within two months of a class's start date may sign up for either age group (i.e. if a student is 6, but will turn 7 within two months of a class for ages 7-9 starting, they may sign up for either the 4-6yr or 7-9yr class).

CAMPS (Summer & March Break)

Kids camps (ages 4-12) are located at the Halifax Grammar School, 945 Tower Road.

Teen camps (ages 13-18) are located at Neptune Theatre, 1593 Argyle Street.

YPCo Boot Camps (ages 13-18) and Neptune Academy (ages 9-14) are located at Neptune Theatre, 1593 Argyle Street.

PD DAY CAMPS

All PD Day Camps are located at Neptune Theatre, 1593 Argyle Street.

CLASSES

All Neptune Theatre School classes are located at Neptune Theatre, 1593 Argyle Street.

To apply for a camp or class bursary, fill out the Neptune Theatre School Bursary Application Form.

This application form is intended for students of Neptune Theatre School who are seeking financial support to participate in any of our recreational programs. These programs include Summer Camps, March Break Camps, Session 1 Weekend Classes, Session 2 Weekend Classes, and PD Day Camps.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

APPLICATION PROCESS:

• Neptune Theatre School will reserve 2 spots in each camp/class for a period of two weeks after the camp/class goes on sale.

• This reservation is to ensure that bursary applicants have the opportunity to secure a spot in their preferred camp/class. Spots will be held in Summer Camps until March 13th 2025.

• Bursary requests received during these two weeks will be processed and granted up to a certain amount. Applicants can expect their results within 3 weeks of their application.

• After the two-week period, the remaining spots will be made available for public purchase.

• Applicants may still apply after the two-week period, but bursaries cannot be guaranteed. 

Neptune Theatre School offers a limited amount of bursary options for camp and class registrations.

YPCo and Neptune Academy bursaries are funded through the Matt Amyotte Scholarship Fund.

Customers who sign-up for the Notification List are informed about upcoming programming before it is announced to the general public.

You will be sent an information package via email exactly 2 weeks before your camp begins (the Monday prior). The email will be sent to the email address(es) inputted by you during your registration. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not recieved the email 2 weeks before camp. Email school@neptunetheatre.com if you have issues accessing the information package.
