PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS**
By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to adhere to the venue and event policies. Seating and other requirements are subject to change based on final capacity and health and safety protocols at the time of the performance or event.
Current COVID Protocols
Masks are no longer required when attending a performance at Neptune Theatre, with the exception of our designated Sunday performances*.
Visiting Neptune Theatre has always provided an opportunity to gather and celebrate the bestof live theatre. Throughout the pandemic, our commitment to a comfortable, safe and engagingexperience has not changed – but doing so safely requires careful attention to important health and safety measures.
As our theatres place the audience so close to the action on stage, masking helps protect not only audience members but also the actors, who cannot wear masks when performing. By keeping them safe, we all can help prevent illness-related performance cancellations.
*We are pleased to offer mandatory masking for select Sunday performances only and we will maintain the additional safety measures outlined below:
- Enhanced cleaning/disinfecting of all our guest and staff areas.
- Sanitation stations at all venues.
- Regular sanitizing of high-touch surfaces throughout the theatre facilities.
- Disposable masks will be available.
- Exchange fees waived should you feel ill and need to reschedule your performance date.

Children
We want our patrons to enjoy the various productions we offer each season. To ensure a positive experience for all visitors, we include age recommendations and content advisories for each show. These recommendations consider language, subject matter, and show length to help you choose suitable performances for your family.
Babes in arms and children under four (4) years of age are not permitted to attend live theatre productions. Please consider this rule when purchasing. Due to factors like runtime and subject matter, our productions are not designed for very young children. As all patrons must occupy their own seats during a show, young theatregoers can best experience live theatre at age four (4) and older. Additionally, children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The use of photography or any other recording devices (including cell phones that record images) is strictly prohibited at Neptune Theatre before, during and after all performances. Failure to comply with this policy may mean confiscation and deletion of pictures by Neptune management.
We remind you to please turn off all cell phones and mobile devices. Texting during a Neptune Theatre performance is also forbidden.
Rescheduled Performances
Event date and time, and occasionally lineup are subject to change – refunds related to re-scheduled events will be announced for postponed or canceled events. Please provide a contact number or email at the time of purchase so we may contact you in the event of such changes.
Additional Courtesy Reminders
Talking, candy wrappers and coughing are distracting to fellow patrons and actors. We ask each patron to please keep noise to a minimum during a performance. Thank you for your cooperation.
Scents and Allergies: A number of Neptune Theatre patrons have expressed concerns regarding medical reactions caused by scented products, so much so that they can’t enjoy the show. Please consider others before using items such as colognes, perfumes, and hairspray. Remember - less is more, none is best.
